Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related GTM leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the sales process with prior sales experience
- Proven ability to build and lead enablement programs in high-growth environments
- Experience with Enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, and Sana
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and technologies
