Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Market Access and Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement U.S. market access strategies for product access and growth
• Manage relationships with payers, negotiate contracts, and oversee value-based agreements
• Direct patient support and reimbursement programs to enhance patient access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or related) preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access or strategic accounts
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and reimbursement landscape
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing payer relationships
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills
