Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for the go-to-market team
- Manage a library of sales and customer success content and resources
- Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and develop enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a revenue or sales enablement role
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
- Knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus
