A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, Salesforce & GTM Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, own, and maintain Salesforce architecture and compliance
- Build and optimize CRM logic and automation to support GTM strategy
- Drive adoption of CRM tools and processes through training and documentation
Requirements
- 3-5+ years as a Salesforce Admin, RevOps Manager, or similar in SaaS
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Proven track record of rebuilding or optimizing Salesforce in a scaling startup
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and GTM processes
- Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation and ABM tools
