A company is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales on deal structuring and pricing approvals
- Maintain ownership of pricing frameworks and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Track and report on deal desk KPIs and provide insights to influence pricing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of deal desk, pricing operations, or revenue operations experience in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and discounting practices
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal on deal approvals
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Revenue Cloud (CPQ), along with strong Excel skills
- Experience with SaaS booking metrics and subscription business models preferred
