Job Summary
A company is looking for an OEM Partner Manager to lead OEM business development and partner growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and negotiate new OEM partnership opportunities
- Own and grow revenue with existing OEM partners through joint sales and go-to-market programs
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with OEM executives, product teams, and sales leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 3+ years in OEM, alliances, or strategic partnerships
- Proven success in both building new OEM partnerships and growing existing ones
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, storage, cloud, or data management
- Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience structuring OEM agreements
