Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention-focused sales plans and manage account assignments
- Lead sales efforts for at-risk clients and drive initiatives to reduce client losses

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 12+ years of successful new business generation experience
- 8+ years in the financial services industry, primarily with credit unions
- Proven dynamic team leadership and talent development capabilities
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
