Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to align on opportunity management and pipeline generation
- Manage Salesforce.com to ensure its health, usability, and scalability for the Sales organization
- Build and maintain reporting and analytics to provide insights on pipeline coverage and sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM enablement at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical command of Salesforce.com; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
