A company is looking for a Manager, Emerging Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives targeting customers with 250-999 employees
- Hire, onboard, and coach quota-carrying AEs to achieve revenue goals and foster a culture of ownership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance strategic execution and refine sales playbooks for the emerging enterprise segment
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of overall SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing quota-carrying AEs
- Strong understanding of horizontal SaaS, AI, and automation products
- Technical fluency with IT and business stakeholders, including knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Experience building or scaling sales motions in evolving environments
- Alignment with the company's mission to democratize automation and a passion for customer success
