Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve sales processes, workflows, and performance tracking systems

- Create sales collateral and support lead qualification, opportunity management, and onboarding for new team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or analytics, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, sales cycles, and reimbursement models
