Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for biometric solutions aligned with customer objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling and networking
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including pricing and contract management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; additional business qualifications are a plus
- 12-15 years of proven experience in solution sales, preferably in Access Control/Biometrics technology
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes for complex, high-value solutions
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships with C-suite executives
- Self-starter with the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment
