Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales representatives to achieve targeted gross profit and execute district sales and budget targets
- Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen team members' business and technical skills
- Ensure compliance with systems, regulations, and policies while managing customer interfaces with key accounts
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty chemicals
- Demonstrated commercial and technical skill development
- Ability to break down strategic priorities into actionable tasks
- Experience in building effective relationships within customer accounts
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a cohesive team to achieve results
