Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement commercial excellence strategies to drive growth and efficiency across the sales organization
- Lead the development and delivery of sales training and onboarding programs for sales teams
- Own the strategy and optimization of Salesforce CRM for the Health Solutions business unit
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial excellence roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Strong understanding of sales training and incentive compensation design
- Industry experience in manufacturing or healthcare is highly desirable
