Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably at a high-growth startup
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams or mentoring junior staff
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot with advanced certifications in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- Proven success in owning CRM architecture and operational processes
- Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale initiatives
