Texas Licensed Team Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Loan Officer to assist in originating and processing loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and follow up on leads for potential borrowers
• Assist in pre-qualifying borrowers and coordinate loan application packages
• Manage the Loan Officer's calendar and oversee CRM and pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License required
• Must be available to work weekends as part of a regular schedule
• Experience converting leads into deals with a proven sales track record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of mortgage experience or related sales position
