Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize sales tools to meet business needs and best practices
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales processes within the CRM
- Collaborate with various teams to align business objectives and gather requirements for system improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM/systems administration, revenue operations, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in sales technology such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, and Delivr.ai
- Strong understanding of business processes and enhancement through technology
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
