Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales Leadership team with reporting, analytics, and performance assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review attainment trends and assist with KPI tracking and performance management
- Ensure process standards and SLAs are met while alerting sales representatives of non-compliance
- Provide relevant reporting, analytics, and business intelligence to support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive Sales Operations experience in a large organization, including expertise in Salesforce
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Suite, Tableau, and BI/Data warehouses
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements through analytical problem-solving and project management
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's in Finance or MBA is a plus
