Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the sales strategy focusing on pipeline growth and revenue acceleration
- Actively participate in key deals and coach the sales team throughout the sales funnel
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed targets
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem or related digital marketing fields
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in pipeline metrics and sales operations
- Experience selling into marketing teams and CMOs is a plus
