Clinical Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Outreach Specialist to develop relationships with clinicians and clinics for educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians and clinical sites to enhance recruitment efforts
• Drive clinical recruitment and manage leads through the sales process until handed over to program operations
• Collaborate with partnership and operations teams to fulfill requests from school partners and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in higher education sales, physician recruitment, or clinical site acquisition preferred
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM or similar systems is strongly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced startup culture is beneficial
• Previous healthcare educational experience is a plus
