- Develop a team of enablement professionals and create training materials and onboarding programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or related fields
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience in developing successful sales enablement programs
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales processes and AI/ML tech stack
- Experience implementing AI-powered sales tools and managing sales enablement platforms
