Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Travel is a plus
