Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer-SaaS to train and coach sales professionals in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver tailored training materials and resources for sales teams
• Onboard new sales team members and facilitate product and sales training sessions
• Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure development and goal achievement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales with a solid understanding of sales processes
• Previous experience in a sales training, enablement, or coaching role is preferred
