Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve GTM and sales strategy across SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Scale outbound motion and collaborate with Marketing on ABM programs
- Align with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive conversion
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years leading B2B SaaS sales teams at Director level or above
- Proven success in scaling revenue and building high-velocity teams
- Deep experience with CRM, RevOps, and forecasting tools
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- High EQ, low ego, and a bias for execution in fast-moving environments
