Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of the global learning management system, including user access and content
- Oversee the content development process and maintain quality across training modules
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions while providing reports on training engagement and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales operations within a technology sales environment
- Experience designing and administering a learning management system
- Experience building and leading trainings for global revenue-driving teams
- Strong project management skills, including scoping and timeline management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
