Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales goals through strategic planning and data analysis
- Oversee the team's pipeline and forecast to ensure successful target achievement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales performance and develop new sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle sales teams in a B2B SaaS Outbound Sales environment
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales plans and consistently meeting targets
- Familiarity with sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Scratchpad, and Nooks
- Ability to work from the Downtown Chicago office Tuesdays-Thursdays
