Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussions and product demonstrations to address customer challenges and handle objections
- Spearhead customer evaluations by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure retention and contribute to growth
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales, customer-facing, or solutions engineering role
- Hands-on experience configuring cybersecurity solutions, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Keen interest in Email Threat Detection & Response
- Inquisitive and eager to learn new tools and technologies
- Proactive in offering feedback and improving processes
