- Manage the sales team budget and P&L growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales management within the software industry
- Experience managing a sales quota of over $5 million
- Deep understanding of frontline workforce challenges and compliance-driven buying centers
- 11+ years of progressive experience with 6+ years in managing multi-discipline teams
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred
