Director of Medicare Sales Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
• Design and implement strategic initiatives for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
• Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement within the Telesales team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare
