Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives in the cloud infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Account Executives while driving technical sales
- Coach Account Executives on prospecting techniques and pipeline creation to ensure consistent deal flow
- Analyze sales metrics and participate in strategic sales cycles to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading sales teams in SaaS or technology sales environments
- Track record of selling B2B technology solutions to technical buyers and C-level executives
- Experience with cloud infrastructure partners (AWS, GCP) and understanding of DevOps solutions
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas and strategic objectives
- Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
