Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to enhance performance and client growth
- Develop and implement strategic visions to drive sales growth and ensure compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to design investment roadmaps and support the implementation of new and existing sales campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
