Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Philippines-based).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential patients through outbound calls, answering questions and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Understand patient needs and provide tailored solutions while managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience
• Track tasks and follow-ups using ticketing systems, and continuously improve outreach and operational strategies based on performance data

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound or consultative sales and patient-facing healthcare roles
• Experience in a healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) setting, with knowledge of medical referrals and provider coordination
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations and overcome objections with empathy
• Tech-savvy, familiar with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and ticketing systems
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
