Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic field enablement roadmap aligned with business priorities and measurable KPIs
- Build and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs for field teams, developing relevant content
- Optimize the enablement tech stack and maintain a centralized repository of up-to-date enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field enablement, revenue operations, or training within high-growth technology companies
- 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling enablement or training functions
- Proven ability to design and implement programs that improve field performance and business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of enablement technologies and experience managing complex tool stacks
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills in fast-paced environments
