Senior Field Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Field Enablement to build and lead a strategic enablement function for field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic field enablement roadmap aligned with business priorities and measurable KPIs
• Build and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs for field teams, developing relevant content
• Optimize the enablement tech stack and maintain a centralized repository of up-to-date enablement materials

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field enablement, revenue operations, or training within high-growth technology companies
• 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling enablement or training functions
• Proven ability to design and implement programs that improve field performance and business outcomes
• Deep knowledge of enablement technologies and experience managing complex tool stacks
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills in fast-paced environments
