Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated implementation support to the ad business unit
- Collaborate with teams to integrate ad solutions into creator business practices
- Deliver post-sales support including data extraction, training, and consulting
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or account management
- Experience in the entertainment/events or SaaS industries is preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior industry experience is a plus
