A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess renewals opportunities and prepare pricing and quotes for renewals
- Provide continuous support to the Renewals Sales Team and assist with contract preparation
- Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and ensure initial invoice accuracy for customer delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools such as Business Objects or Power BI
- Ability to work with confidential information and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Order Management systems
