Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Sales Director) to lead its sales efforts and manage a vertical-focused sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Sr. Account Executives and SDRs
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies to achieve targets and business goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-10 years of sales experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial or director-level role
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies in the IT or digital transformation sector
- Demonstrated success leading high-growth sales teams in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or AI domains
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of assigned verticals such as Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech
