Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Agent- Medicare Sales Support (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, document, and triage incoming calls from prospective customers to support sales goals
- Conduct outbound service calls from a script in line with departmental initiatives
- Manage and document sales lead information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in typing, Windows Systems, and MS Office products
- Minimum 6 months of direct customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Basic analytical skills necessary to evaluate customer needs
- Knowledge of Medicare or Insurance Terminology is a plus
