Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to educate them on life and health insurance options
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
- Manage billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims for customers
Required Qualifications
- Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
- Previous experience in health and life sales
- Ability to navigate technical issues independently
- Good employment tenure
