Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing business development team through hiring, training, and coaching
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to set goals, measure performance, and ensure effective use of technology
- Generate reports on team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales or business development leadership
- Proven track record of generating sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience managing an inside, outbound prospecting team
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and other relevant sales tools
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
