A company is looking for a Lead Director Sales - Medicare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a sales organization focused on selling Medicare products
- Oversee daily operations of the call center, including performance management and training
- Execute Telesales operations to scale and grow business across all product lines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in Telesales and/or Medicare programs
- 5+ years managing individual contributors and managers
- Demonstrated experience in developing internal Telesales capabilities for insurance companies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired
- Life & Health insurance license is a plus, required to obtain within 60 days of employment
