Outbound Business Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual - Outbound Business Sales Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up to sell Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while managing the customer experience and pipeline effectively
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain the prospect database and opportunity funnel daily

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Must reside in the North East Division (specific states listed in the job description)
