Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while managing client campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, especially in Medicare and Marketplace
