- 3+ years of experience in virtual assistant, sales operations, or project coordination roles
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Experience with CRM systems to manage workflows and reporting
- Ability to quickly learn and apply AI tools and automation platforms
