Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the SDR team to create a pipeline of qualified business opportunities
- Manage inbound lead workflow and develop effective outbound strategies for prospecting new clients
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams
- Strong understanding of sales development best practices and pipeline management
- Willingness to travel to conferences and industry events as necessary (less than 10%)
- Experience in K12 EdTech is a plus but not required
