Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with biopharmaceutical customers to enhance loyalty and engagement
- Lead account ownership efforts to achieve financial and operational goals while expanding commercial presence
- Develop growth strategies and innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive account expansion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales or general management within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing global accounts
- In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders
