A company is looking for an Account Strategist responsible for expanding and renewing revenue through consultative selling and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide weekly/monthly pipeline forecasts
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and assist with customer onboarding
- Prepare proposals and proactively prevent subscription cancellations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software management
- Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
- Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and procedures
