Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Director Sales - Medicare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a sales organization focused on selling Medicare products
- Oversee daily operations of the call center, including performance management and training
- Execute Telesales operations to grow business across all product lines
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in Telesales and/or Medicare programs
- 5+ years of experience managing individual contributors and managers
- Demonstrated experience in developing internal Telesales capabilities for insurance companies
- Superior knowledge of Medicare products is desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is the highest level of education desired
