Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the field sales team to meet commitments and resolve issues
• Assist with funnel management, quote creation, change orders, and concessions

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service or field support role
• Working knowledge of SalesForce.com preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
