Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and enhancing relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets
- Act as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and resolve issues in collaboration with the support team
- Negotiate and renew account contracts while communicating new features and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
- Experience in IaaS/PaaS or SaaS preferred
- Proven experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
- Relationship management experience with the ability to collect and communicate customer feedback
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
