A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement professional to train and coach sales professionals to drive team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored training materials and resources for sales teams
- Onboard new sales team members and facilitate product and sales training sessions
- Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure development and goal achievement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales with a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Previous experience in a sales training, enablement, or coaching role is preferred
