Senior Associate, M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Development - Merger & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify acquisition targets while nurturing leads through various channels
• Respond to inbound leads by articulating acquisition criteria and value proposition
• Maintain CRM hygiene and engage with M&A advisors to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher
• 2-4 years of experience in software acquisition, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
• Ability to manage a lead pipeline and exceed prospecting targets
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Native fluency in German; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
